Eyes in The Dark: Astrophotography at The Groove

This spectacular photography show invites viewers to immerse themselves in a stunning journey through the cosmos. Featuring the work of A. Laurie Wells, Abuko Estrada, Alan Osterholtz, Bettymaya Foott, Bob McInteer, Camille Trujillo, Christine Clark, Cody Johnson, Cody Kelton, Gak Stonn, Greg Marshall, Igal Brener, Jaimie Murdock, Janet Lampe, John Williams, Jordyn Mason DeMay, Jory Vander Galien, Jose Sandoval, Justus Engstrom, Mike Apodaca, Rachael Bechtel, Russell A. Big shoutout to Truewill for his DJ talents.  I’ll be showing some brand new figurative work as well as a new series of abstract pieces I’ve made, using some stacks of weathered flyers from some utility poles in Portland and Seattle. With both feet planted firmly in the landscapes of Colorado and New Mexico, Fenicle has always had her head in the clouds – that portal between earth and heaven where one can travel between realms of reality with just a little imagination. Clouds represent the fleeting nature of our existence and this exhibit is a tribute to them. Artist’s Reception May 17, 1-3 pm.
