This month we are featuring Artistic Impressions of Botanical Art, a Garden Party in the Gallery to complement the Corrales Garden Tour.   There are Photographs, Glass, Drawings, Mixed Media, Pottery, Oil and Acrylic Paintings and Folk Art for your perusal.  Reception on First Sunday from 10am to 5pm  Bring a little Spring color home to brighten a corner of your space.  Our regular hours remain 11am - 5pm and we are closed on Tuesdays.

In cooperation with the AABA, the Hotel Andaluz hosts quarterly exhibitions that showcase work from local galleries. The hotel gallery is on the mezzanine alongside the Ibiza Lounge, one of three hotel dining experiences. The current exhibition features select works by Caitlin Padilla, Catalina Salinas, George H. Hayes III, Karl Hofmann, Richard Irwin, Riha Rothberg, Rocky Norton, and Victoria Mauldin. This exhibition is on view from May 10 through July 15, 2024. The June 2024 Youth Pride Art Show will be a Fundraiser for CASA Q House, which provides safe living through housing, services, and advocacy for LGBTQ+ youth and allies. George ‘Hauie’ Hayes III will have art in the show, as well as donated items. The Featured Artist will be Gwenda McLamb. Using “reclaimed” house paint taken from chemical disposal facilities, found wood, and discarded books, Haag constructs multi-layered paintings and assemblages which reference ancient cultures and spiritual traditions, but with just a hint of smart-ass.   • The New Mexico Art League invites artists to apply for an exhibition entitled: Outside of the Box: This exhibition celebrates imagery that does not fit into any particular category. It is an invitation to create with joy and abandon, which of course looks completely different for everyone. What fun! Deadline for entries is Saturday, July 13, 2024. The exhibit runs from August 29 through September 28, with the artists' reception scheduled for Saturday, September 14, from 4 PM to 6 PM. All artists living and working in New Mexico are welcome to enter. Art League membership is not required.
