WELCOME NEW MEMBER:

GALLERY HOZHO

This month, we welcome Gallery Hozho to the AABA!

From their website:
Hózhó is a Diné (Navajo) word encompassing beauty, health, order, and interconnectedness. Used to describe a state of being, hózhó describes acting in accordance with nature and integrity.

Located in the Sawmill District's Hotel Chaco near Albuquerque's Historic Old Town, the gallery shows the work of Indigenous, non-Indigenous, and Latinx artists associated with New Mexico. Many of our artists live in the area while others have worked in New Mexico during formative periods of their artistic careers. They currently represent a number of artists, including Rhett Lynch, George C de Baca, Terran Last Gun, Ira Lujan, Alex Peña, Mateo Romero, Debora Sipple, and Virgil Ortiz.
